Bougie Gougies ship frozen, so all you have to do is preheat the oven, put them on a baking sheet, and set a timer for 20 minutes.

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

When oven heated, place frozen Gougère Dough on a parchment lined cooking sheet about 1 1/2 inches apart and place into oven on middle rack.

Turn down oven to 350 degrees and cook for 20-22 minutes until puffed up and a golden brown color.

When done, let sit for 4 minutes and then place on serving plate.

Ingredients: Unbleached All Purpose Flour, Eggs, Gruyère Cheese, Comté Cheese, Butter, Milk, Salt.

No added preservatives.

Allergens: Wheat, Eggs, Milk.

Keep frozen. Do not thaw. Do not eat raw dough.
