Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

When the oven is heated, place frozen Gougère Dough on a parchment-lined cooking sheet about 1 1/2 inches apart and place into the oven on the middle rack.

Turn the oven down to 350 degrees and cook for 20-22 minutes until puffed up and a golden brown color.

When done, let it sit for 4 minutes and then place on a serving plate.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of being placed.

Our fulfillment center ships orders Monday through Thursday. Orders placed Thursday through Sunday will ship the following week, depending on order volume and processing time.

All Bougie Gougies orders are shipped frozen via ground shipping with dry ice to help keep your Gougies frozen during transit.

Once your order has shipped, it generally arrives within 1–4 business days, depending on your location and distance from our fulfillment center.

Because our Gougies are shipped frozen, the dry ice will dissipate during transit. Your order may arrive frozen, partially thawed, or chilled. Upon arrival, Gougies must be placed in the freezer immediately. Do not refrigerate.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to weekends, holidays, weather, or carrier delays. While we carefully package every order for frozen shipment, carrier delays are outside of our control.

We do not accept returns. If something went wrong with your order, please contact us at hello@bougiegougies.com.

Plan for around three per person as an appetizer. A dozen serves roughly four guests, though in our experience, people always ask for more!

No — they go straight from the freezer into the oven. Do not thaw before baking, and do not eat the raw dough.

Champagne is the obvious answer. Beyond that, they work beautifully alongside a cheese board, a glass of white wine, or honestly, just good company.

Yes. Bougie Gougies are hand-scooped and packed per dozen, so you can bake as many or as few as you need and keep the rest frozen for next time.
