The Bougie Sampler is 36 pieces of our three signature flavors — The Classic (imported Gruyère and Comté), Cacio e Pepe (gluten free, romano and black pepper), and Hatch Chile & Cheddar — hand-scooped, packed per dozen, and shipped frozen to your door.
It's the move for first-time Gougie buyers, for hosts who want variety, and for anyone who wants to show up with something that looks like effort but wasn't. They go straight from your freezer to the oven, your kitchen smells incredible and your guests think you've been busy.
Serve them together on a board and let people find their favorite. (It won't be a short debate.)
Preheat your oven to 425°F. Place the frozen dough straight from the freezer onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing each piece about 1½ inches apart. Put them on the middle rack, then turn the oven down to 350°F. Bake for 25-28 minutes until golden and puffed. Let them rest for 4 minutes before serving.
Keep frozen until ready to bake. Do not thaw. Do not eat raw dough.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of being placed.
Our fulfillment center ships orders Monday through Thursday. Orders placed Thursday through Sunday will ship the following week, depending on order volume and processing time.
All Bougie Gougies orders are shipped frozen via ground shipping with dry ice to help keep your Gougies frozen during transit.
Once your order has shipped, it generally arrives within 1–4 business days, depending on your location and distance from our fulfillment center.
Because our Gougies are shipped frozen, the dry ice will dissipate during transit. Your order may arrive frozen, partially thawed, or chilled. Upon arrival, Gougies must be placed in the freezer immediately. Do not refrigerate.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to weekends, holidays, weather, or carrier delays. While we carefully package every order for frozen shipment, carrier delays are outside of our control.

The Classic
Ingredients: Unbleached all-purpose flour (unbleached hard red wheat flour, malted barley flour), eggs, Gruyere cheese (raw cow milk, salt, animal rennet, cheese cultures), Comte cheese (raw cow milk, salt, animal rennet, cheese cultures), Pecorino Romano cheese (unpasteurized sheep’s milk, salt, rennet, bacterial culture, inedible rind), butter, milk, salt.
Contains: Wheat, Eggs, Milk.
Cacio e Pepe
Ingredients: Multipurpose gluten-free flour (cornstarch, white rice flour, brown rice flour, rBST-free milk powder, tapioca flour, potato starch, xanthan gum), eggs, Pecorino Romano cheese (unpasteurized sheep’s milk, salt, rennet, bacterial culture, inedible rind), Parmesan Reggiano cheese (organic unpasteurized cow’s milk, animal rennet, salt), unsalted butter, milk, salt, white pepper, black pepper.
Contains: Eggs, Milk.
Hatch Chile & Cheddar
Ingredients: Unbleached all-purpose flour, eggs, cheddar cheese, butter, milk, Hatch chile.
Contains: Wheat, Eggs, Milk.
No added preservatives. Keep frozen. Do not thaw. Do not consume raw pastry dough.
