Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. We ship Monday through Thursday, so orders placed Thursday through Sunday ship the following week.

Gougies ship frozen via ground shipping with dry ice and generally arrive within 1–4 business days of shipping, depending on location. Holidays, weekends and weather can add time, so for holiday gifting, reach out early.

Yes. The dry ice dissipates in transit, so Gougies may arrive frozen, partially thawed or chilled, and need to go straight into the freezer (not the fridge). Someone should be there to receive the delivery.

Not sure your recipients will be home, or sending to a remote team? Send gift cards instead, so each person can order when the timing works for them. Email us about bulk gift cards for your list.

No thawing and no skill required. They go straight from the freezer onto a baking sheet and are ready in about 30 minutes.
