Frozen dough ships with dry ice. As soon as you receive your order, transfer dough into your freezer. Do not touch dry ice with bare hands.

Bougie Gougies ship frozen, so all you have to do is preheat the oven, put them on a baking sheet, and set a timer for 20 minutes.

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

When oven heated, place frozen Gougère Dough on a parchment lined cooking sheet about 1 1/2 inches apart and place into oven on middle rack.

Turn down oven to 350 degrees and cook for 20-22 minutes until puffed up and a golden brown color.

When done, let sit for 4 minutes and then place on serving plate.

Ingredients: Classic Gougies: Unbleached All Purpose Flour, Eggs, Gruyère Cheese, Comté Cheese, Butter, Milk, Salt. Gluten-Free Cacio e Pepe: Gluten-Free* Flour, Eggs, Pecorino Cheese, Parmesan Cheese, Butter, Milk, Pepper, Salt. Hatch Chile & Cheddar Gougies: Unbleached All Purpose Flour, Eggs, Cheddar Cheese, Butter, Milk, Hatch Chili.

No added preservatives.
