Turn up summer entertaining with our limited-edition Hatch Chile & Cheddar Gougies. Made with real roasted Hatch chiles and aged cheddar, they’re savory, cheesy, and finished with just the right hint of heat.

Bake straight from frozen and serve warm in under 30 minutes for an effortless appetizer that feels anything but last-minute. Perfect for happy hour, backyard dinners, cocktail parties, or keeping in the freezer for whenever guests drop by.

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

When oven is preheated, place the frozen Gougie dough at least 1" apart on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a non-stick silicone baking mat.

Place the baking sheet with the Gougies into the oven on the middle rack.

Immediately turn down the oven to 375 degrees and cook for 25 minutes. Quickly and gently check to make sure they are cooking evenly. Turn baking sheet around if cooking unevenly.

Cook for another 3-4 minutes until puffed up and a golden, orangey, brown color.

When done, let sit for 4 minutes and then place on serving plate.

Frozen dough ships with dry ice. As soon as you receive your order, transfer dough into your freezer. Do not touch dry ice with bare hands.

No added preservatives.
