“The perfect companion to a chilled glass of Sancerre. My guests haven't stopped asking where I found them."

Isabelle R.

Bougie Gougies are light, airy French cheese puffs made with imported Gruyère and Comté, fresh local eggs, and not a single preservative. They ship frozen to your door as raw dough, hand-scooped and packed per dozen by a small Seattle team.

When you're ready, they go straight from freezer to oven — golden, puffed, and filling your home with the kind of aroma that makes guests feel welcome. The outside is golden and light, the inside warm and deeply delicious. They taste as good as they smell.

Ready in under 30 minutes. Nobody needs to know how easy it was!

Preheat your oven to 425°F. Place the frozen dough straight from the freezer onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing each piece about 1½ inches apart. Put them on the middle rack, then turn the oven down to 350°F. Bake for 25-28 minutes until golden and puffed. Let them rest for 4 minutes before serving.

Keep frozen until ready to bake. Do not thaw. Do not eat raw dough.
